Does your hat need a little TLC?
Give your favourite JCM hat a new lease of life with our expert Hat Refresh service. We'll carefully re-steam, reshape and restore it, working our millinery magic to prepare it for its next adventure.
We offer a range of colourful bands for an instant style update, and while we can't promise to erase every mark, we'll ensure your hat leaves our studio looking its very best.
WHICH STYLES CAN BE RESTORED?
This service is available on all of our Trilbies, Fedoras and World Travellers. If you require assistance with an alternative style, please email us and we'll see what we can do to help.
I'D LIKE A NEW BAND
If you select this option, we'll be in touch to discuss trims and help you choose the perfect band to complement your style and wardrobe.
Once we've received your hat, please allow 7-10 days for the service to be complete. If you require sooner, please email us and we'll see what we can do to expedite delivery. Please note this may incur additional costs.
We recommend using recorded delivery to ensure safe arrival and sharing the tracking details with us via email. Once restored, your hat will be returned via the shipping method you choose at checkout.
Note: All postage costs (both to and from you) are in addition to the Hat Refresh fee.
