Pick up: your hat will be ready to pick up at the studio in Notting Hill in less than 5 working days (subject to stock availability) and 7 to 10 days for the bespoke hats. This service is free of charge.

Standard delivery: it will take up to 5 working days for the hats to be ready (7 to 10 days for the bespoke hats) and maximum 48h to deliver it to the chosen address. This service is worth £10. 

Same day delivery: this service is currently just available for the Roll Up hats delivered among the city of London, it is due to stock availability. We also offer same day delivery for any hat other than the bespoke styles, you can get in touch with us before placing your order at to check if your hat can be delivered same day. This service is worth £15.

Last minute bespoke: it usually takes between 7 and 10 working days to make the bespoke hats. However, we do offer faster service for last minute orders, having the hat ready in 3 to 5 days since the order is placed. Any bespoke hat that needs to be ready in less than 7 days will be charged £50 extra for the express service. 

JCM x CEFINN orders: These pieces are made to order and are ready to ship within 7-10 working days. They are not eligible for a refund. All packages are shipped and tracked by DHL.

Delivery Prices vary per order and per country depending on the size of the box required. Please see the check out for accurate prices. If you require an express service then please contact us for further details. All relevant import taxes and duties must be paid by you when the item is delivered.



At we want you to be satisfied every time you shop with us so we make our returns policy simple. You can return or exchange selected goods bought from us within 14 days from when you receive them. Our fur felt trilbies, panama hats and couture pieces are all made to order and are not eligable for a refund, these hats are exchange only.

We take pride in the quality of our products and our policy is to ensure that all products supplied reach you in perfect condition. If for any reason the product does not meet your expectations, we are happy to offer an exchange or refund where possible, provided a request is made within 7 days of receipt and items are returned to within 14 days and meet the requirements below. This policy does not affect your statutory rights.

  • All returns must be in perfect condition and complete with their original tags still attached.
  • We are unable to offer any exchanges or refunds on items that have been worn, marked or damaged or that are not in their undamaged original packaging.
  • A refund will be issued to the original card that was used for the purchase within 5 days of receipt of the return. This refund will include the full value of the items returned, including UK taxes, but excluding shipping costs.

Refunds will be credited to the account or card used to originally purchase the items, less any taxes or import duties incurred. Unfortunately, we are unable to refund shipping costs.


Upon exchanging a product, you will be eligible to pay a new postage and packaging charge. As part of the returns process, you will be directed to our website where you will be able to pay securely online.

Distance Selling Regulations

Under the Distance Selling Regulations, customers within the EU have the right to cancel the contract for purchase of certain goods with at any time within the seven working days of the day after the day on which the customer receives the goods (the ''seven day cooling off period''). To cancel your contract within the seven day cooling off period please notify us in writing by email or post before the enquiry of the cooling off period. Please package the relevant goods securely and send them to us. All returns must be in perfect condition and with their original packaging and tags. If we receive notice of your cancellation of this order within the seven day cooling off period, we will refund the purchase price for that item together with any postage charge.

Made to order or customised goods are exempt from this cancellation right.
