Each hire piece is a one-of-a-kind creation, meticulously handcrafted using high-quality and often irreplaceable materials. Please handle your hat with great care and return it in the same pristine condition in which it was received.

Only one sample is available per style. Please take note of your agreed return date and ensure your hat is returned to the JCM studio no later than this date.
During peak periods (e.g. Ascot), bookings are often back-to-back. Prompt and safe returns are essential to allow others to enjoy their hire as scheduled.

A refundable £150 security bond is required at checkout to secure your booking.
This bond will be returned once the hat is received on time and in original condition.
The bond will be withheld if the hat is returned late, damaged (including makeup or rain damage), or lost.
If the hat is lost or deemed damaged beyond repair, you will be charged up to the full retail value of the piece.

Returns must be made in person or shipped to: Studio 4, 18 All Saints Rd, London, W11 1HH
Postal returns must be sent via recorded delivery and packaged securely in a sturdy box to prevent damage in transit. Please use the original packaging, including the JCM hat box, when returning your hire. If the JCM hat box is not returned, a £15 charge will be deducted from your security bond.
All postage costs (to and from you) are additional to the hire fee.

Portofino

The Portofino is a woven straw braid with two black velvet bands. This fun and glamorous hat is perfect for gracing any beach or yacht this summer.

The Safari panama fedora is a new shape for 2020. It is hand blocked in the London studio from panama straw woven in Equador. This very versatile hat has a slightly taller domed crown and could be worn casually, or for an occasion, depending on your outfit.
