Hiring Terms and Conditions
Each hire piece is a one-of-a-kind creation, meticulously handcrafted using high-quality and often irreplaceable materials. Please handle your hat with great care and return it in the same pristine condition in which it was received.
Hire Availability and Return

Only one sample is available per style. Please take note of your agreed return date and ensure your hat is returned to the JCM studio no later than this date.

During peak periods (e.g. Ascot), bookings are often back-to-back. Prompt and safe returns are essential to allow others to enjoy their hire as scheduled.
Security Bond

A refundable £150 security bond is required at checkout to secure your booking.

This bond will be returned once the hat is received on time and in original condition.

The bond will be withheld if the hat is returned late, damaged (including makeup or rain damage), or lost.

If the hat is lost or deemed damaged beyond repair, you will be charged up to the full retail value of the piece.
Returns

Returns must be made in person or shipped to: Studio 4, 18 All Saints Rd, London, W11 1HH

Postal returns must be sent via recorded delivery and packaged securely in a sturdy box to prevent damage in transit. Please use the original packaging, including the JCM hat box, when returning your hire. If the JCM hat box is not returned, a £15 charge will be deducted from your security bond.

All postage costs (to and from you) are additional to the hire fee.
