Pick up: your hat will be ready to pick up at the studio in Notting Hill in less than 5 working days (subject to stock availability) and 7 to 10 days for the bespoke hats. This service is free of charge and shipping will be refunded upon collection.
Standard delivery: it will take up to 5 working days for the hats to be ready (7 to 10 days for the bespoke hats) and maximum 48h to deliver it to the chosen address.
Same day delivery: this service is currently just available for Golborne Trilbys, Montanas, World Travellers and other RTW hats, but please confirm with the studio first, as it is subject to stock availablity. This service is only available to those among the city of London. Price upon request.
Last minute bespoke: it usually takes between 7 and 10 working days to make the bespoke hats. However, we do offer faster service for last minute orders, having the hat ready in 3 to 5 days since the order is placed. Any bespoke hat that needs to be ready in less than 7 days will be charged extra for the express service. Price upon request. PLEASE NOTE: We do charge an extra 20-25% fee for the rush order service to cover additional costs. If this is during our busiest months (May-July) then the additional fee will be 25%. Please make sure to contact the studio with the request prior to ordering to see if this is possible.

Delivery Prices vary per order and per country depending on the size of the box required. Please see the check out for accurate prices. If you require an express service then please contact us for further details. All relevant import taxes and duties must be paid by you when the item is delivered.
Returns
At jesscollettmilliner.com we want you to be satisfied every time you shop with us so we make our returns policy simple. You can exchange selected goods bought from us within 14 days from when you receive them, so please check eligibility on the product pages. Our fur felt trilbies, panama hats and couture pieces are all made to order and are not exchangeable or eligible for a refundable.
We take pride in the quality of our products and our policy is to ensure that all products supplied reach you in perfect condition. If for any reason the product does not meet your expectations, we are happy to offer an exchange where possible, provided a request is made within 7 days of receipt and items are returned to jesscollettmilliner.com within 14 days and meet the requirements below. This policy does not affect your statutory rights.
- All returns must be in perfect condition and complete with their original tags still attached.
- All returns must be delivered back to us using 24hr Tacked Delivery at your own cost.
- We are unable to offer any exchanges or refunds on items that have been worn, marked or damaged or that are not in their undamaged original packaging.
- A refund will be issued to the original card that was used for the purchase within 5 days of receipt of the return. This refund will include the full value of the items returned, including UK taxes, but excluding shipping costs.

Refunds
Refunds will be credited to the account or card used to originally purchase the items, less any taxes or import duties incurred. Unfortunately, we are unable to refund shipping costs.
Distance Selling Regulations
Under the Distance Selling Regulations, customers within the EU have the right to cancel the contract for purchase of certain goods with jesscollettmilliner.com at any time within the seven working days of the day after the day on which the customer receives the goods (the ''seven day cooling off period''). To cancel your contract within the seven day cooling off period please notify us in writing by email info@jesscollettmilliner.com or post before the enquiry of the cooling off period. Please package the relevant goods securely and send them to us. All returns must be in perfect condition and with their original packaging and tags. If we receive notice of your cancellation of this order within the seven day cooling off period, we will refund the purchase price for that item together with any postage charge.
Made to order or customised goods are exempt from this cancellation right.
