• Only one sample is available per style. Please take note of your agreed return date and ensure your hat is returned to the JCM studio no later than this date.

• During peak periods (e.g. Ascot), bookings are often back-to-back. Prompt and safe returns are essential to allow others to enjoy their hire as scheduled.

• A refundable £150 security bond is required at checkout to secure your booking.

• This bond will be returned once the hat is received on time and in original condition.

• The bond will be withheld if the hat is returned late, damaged (including makeup or rain damage), or lost.

• If the hat is lost or deemed damaged beyond repair, you will be charged up to the full retail value of the piece.

• Returns must be made in person or shipped to: Studio 4, 18 All Saints Rd, London, W11 1HH

• Postal returns must be sent via recorded delivery and packaged securely in a sturdy box to prevent damage in transit. Please use the original packaging, including the JCM hat box, when returning your hire. If the JCM hat box is not returned, a £15 charge will be deducted from your security bond.

• All postage costs (to and from you) are additional to the hire fee.
