The Royal Ascot Review 2016

Royal Ascot 2016 was certainly a royal occasion for all of us here at JCM. If you've been following our Instagram you will have seen that we had some truly fantastic representation at the venerable racing event this year.

Princess Eugenie looked riding in the royal carriage on Ladies' Day wearing one of our bespoke creations.  An ultra pale pink picture hat with a cut out brim and matching feather spray.  Paired with a Roksanda Ilincic dress in navy blue she made a gorgeous classic statement.

Next up on Royal parade was the Duchess of York, who attended Day 4 of Royal Ascot in a dark blue straw in our Cheltenham Style with a stark white feather accent.

But it wasn't all a royal affair this year.  Everywhere we looked it seemed stylish ladies were donning our hats.  Ladies such as Miss Lisa Armstrong (Fashion Editor Daily Telegraph) who opted for a more relaxed style by wearing a royal blue panama JCM Trilby from the Meet Me In Rio collection.

Writer and Editor Amy Williams pulled off a fantastic track side look wearing a dress by Eponine London and a one of a kind bespoke hat by JCM.  You may have seen that woven rope beauty before...

The grand finale was the final day of Ascot where our founder and creative director Jess paraded the Royal enclosure with Anna Mason and crew.  All the ladies wore bespoke Jess Collett Milliner hats paired with Anna Mason dresses (or in Jess's case a pyjama suit).  We couldn't get enough of this picture of them all lined up in their finery.

We hope you all enjoyed Ascot this year.  We certainly can't wait for the next one.
