Last week Jess was invited to the launch party for the Royal Ascot Millinery Collective which, once again she has been selected to be a part of. The wonderful Couture hat below was on exhibition and will be on display again during the Ascot weekend. the Millinery Collective celebrates the best of British design, with a mix of both the most contemporary and classical milliners in the country.
